⚠ Two servers can't be fully read yet: Prod (16.112.36.165) is OTP-gated, and Monitor (10.20.1.148) is on a private address the NELS box can't reach. Both need a path before the dashboard shows live status/history for them. This is also the data the dedicated read-only insight key will collect on a schedule once it's locked-down on every box.
